We are so happy you’re back!

We’ve missed you! The past several months have been challenging for all of us and we thank you for doing your part to help stop the spread of corona-virus – especially for the benefit of our most vulnerable neighbors. And as you may know, we were able to serve 95 children and their families safely for 9 weeks with a full-day summer camp (with 1 in 3 receiving financial assistance) – but it meant that the facility’s spaces had to be dedicated to the program.

So we are thrilled, at long last, to announce that we are reopening our facility to members in phases, and reactivating a few programs. We are so happy to welcome you back to the Y and look forward to reconnecting after these many months!

As a nonprofit dedicated to keeping our community healthy, safe and thriving for all, we are especially grateful to our Y members who “opted in” to donate their membership fees, helping sustain us and giving us critical resources to assist others. Thank you for staying with us during these incredibly challenging times.

In our first phase, we are delighted to share that the Fitzpatrick Wellness Center and indoor lap swimming are now available to members. Lap swimming is by appointment only; appointments are encouraged for the wellness center, however walk-ins are permitted if space is available.

Please be assured that your safety – and the safety of all our members, program participants, staff and volunteers – is our number one priority. We’re following guidelines from health experts and local officials to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards for hygiene and safety, and we have modified our policies and programs to facilitate safe physical/social distancing practices.

Please take some time to read our safety protocols & procedures. Your first step will be to reactivate your membership – and our staff is ready to assist you. You may not be able to see our smiles behind the mask, but rest assured, we’re grinning, ear to ear!

Together, we’re a better us.
