NOTE: Registrations for 2019 Summer Camp will close on Friday, August 16. Additional registrations will not be accepted after this date.
To register for any Princeton Family YMCA Summer Camp program, please download the Summer Camp Registration Packet found at the bottom of this page. Each camper is required to have a packet completed in full before registration can be completed. We do not offer online registration through our traditional online system.
Good news – the packet is a FILLABLE pdf form! Download the Summer Camp Registration Packet directly to your computer, complete the entire form fields in your pdf editor/reader, save it (Camper’s First & Last Name 2019 YMCA Summer Camp) and return it to the YMCA. Registration will only be accepted and processed when all forms have the required signatures completed – either via the Adobe signature function or handwritten.
Please note – the last page of the packet is NOT a required form and only needs to be completed for asthma information or medication purposes.
As a convenience to you, completed packets can be emailed or printed out and brought to the YMCA Front Desk. Blank packets are also available at the YMCA Front Desk!
