Is snack provided?

Yes, daily snack is provided at all SACC programs.

How do students get to the program?

For Before School, all students will arrive by parent/guardian drop off.  At the end of program time, students will be dismissed to their classes.

For After School, students will be dismissed to their designated location, and picked up by parent, guardian, or authorized individual by 6pm each day.

Wrap Around students have the same drop off and pick up available as the other programs.  Bus transportation is also available for wrap around students, based on Orchard Hill’s main school schedule.  Please contact the school for more details.

What are the times of your programs?

Program times vary based on school bell schedules:
Before school (Village & Orchard Hill): 7:30am – 9:35am

After School (Lower Middle): 3:10pm – 6:00pm

After School (Village & Orchard Hill): 3:55pm – 6:00pm

On most days off from school, we offer the YZONE program, with daily care available from 7:30am-6:00pm.  Please see our YZONE page for dates and additional information.

What if I need to make changes to my child’s registration?

All registrations are set up on a month-to-month basis.  Changing schedules, cancellations, or any other changes are available can be made for the next month with one week’s notice.

Are Before School and After School priced together?

No.  While the two programs have the same rates, they are priced separately.

We offer discounts for siblings in our programs – 10% off for the second child, and 15% off for any additional children.

Is membership required?

All SACC participants (excluding drop-in pass only participants) receive a complimentary Full Facility Youth membership for their child.  This allows children to use our facility for family swim and other activities and participate in YMCA programs like swim lessons and basketball league.  Additionally, families who opt to join the Y as a family will have their children’s memberships discounted from the monthly dues.  For more information, please contact Matt Boyd.
