At no cost to our Full-Facility Members, the Princeton YMCA offers fitness evaluations for those who would like to know how they compare according to their age and sex. This is a great opportunity to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses as far as aerobic capacity, body fat, flexibility, strength and endurance. Results can be used to better develop your individual exercise program.
