Adult Swim Classes

Adult Learn to Swim

Class ratio 1:8 – Ages 18 and up

A beginner class for teens and adults. This program is designed for swimmers with little or no experience in the water. Instructors will teach fundamental aquatic skills.

Private Swim Lessons

(30 minute class)

YMCA Private Swim Lessons are designed for swimmers who desire weekly one-on-one instruction. Semi-private lessons are also available if students have similar swimming abilities.


Water Fitness

FREE with Full-Facility Memberships! Working out with a group increases your chance of taking off weight, keeping it off, and staying fit. This focused cardiovascular fitness program tones, shapes, and strengthens muscles, builds endurance and burns off pounds. Class is held in both deep and shallow water.
