YOGA

The Princeton Family YMCA offers a variety of yoga programs to meet the needs of everyone in the family.

Vinyasa - or "flow" power yoga: For beginners or intermediate level yogis. Rejuvenate your body by combining sun salutations and stretching with today's latest music. This class is meant to help you de-stress through positive energy and power movements.

Easy Flow: A gentle workout for body, mind and spirit synchronizing breath with movement through a flowing series of basic asanas and sequences. The flow is designed to develop balance, build strength and increase flexibility, leaving students with reduced stress, inner calm, and heightened awareness.

S.N.A.P. - Special Needs Adaptive Program - YOGA
A comprehensive program of yoga techniques designed to enhance the natural development of individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
This program includes an integrated series of balanced yoga poses to increase body awareness, strength and flexibility, as well as specialized breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to improve concentration and reduce hyperactivity.
Classes available for children and adults in a private, semi-private and small group setting.

Yoga Kids: Children are natural yogis because of their "in the moment" attitude. Yoga nourishes their minds, bodies and spirits, satisfies their love of physical activity and need for creative expression and paves the way for a life-long tradition of health and fitness.
Classes available for children and adults in a private, semi-private and small group setting.
