Fitness Evaluations
At no cost to our Full-Facility Members, the Princeton Family YMCA offers fitness evaluations for those who would like to know how they compare according to their age and sex. This is a great opportunity to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses as far as aerobic capacity, body fat, flexibility, strength and endurance. Results can be used to better develop your individual exercise program.

Basketball Pick-Up Games
Get your day started right with basketball pick-up games at the Y! Join us in the gym Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:00am - 7:30am for friendly competition. Fair play and good sportsmanship for all players is mandatory and STRICTLY ENFORCED!

Personal Training
Are you getting the most from your workout? A YMCA Personal Trainer could be just what you need. Whatever your age, goals or fitness level, our trainers are skilled in designing a personalized exercise routine that meets your individual needs and helps you gain confidence. Learn proper breathing technique and form. Receive fitness tests to monitor improvement.

24-hour cancellation is required or your session will be forfeited.
Teen F.I.T.
Supervised fitness-area time allowing teens to seek assistance from YMCA Fitness Instructors with workout programs/classes, fitness equipment instruction and weight training.
