Fitness Schedule

We offer Youth and Teen Fitness Classes to fit everyone's schedule. 

Youth and Teen Fitness Schedule: returning spring 2017

Classes offered:

Active Kids: ages 8-13
A complete fitness class that introduces them to a variety of game and activities designed to improve fitness and coordination. Activities will include obstacle courses, boot-camp style circuits, dance fitness and sports games. 

Yoga Kids* : ages 3 - 5
Children are natural yogis because of their "in the moment" attitude. Yoga nourishes their minds, bodies and spirits, satisfies their love of physical activity and need for creative expression and paves the way for a life-long tradition of health and fitness. *Pre-registration and payment are required.

Policy for Fitness Classes

Note that class schedules are modified periodically to address member feedback, class popularity and participation level. Classes with low participation (less than 4) are subject to cancellation. If you enjoy a class, be part of its success by registering for class and being consistent in your participation.

Group fitness participants are asked to check in with their instructor for each class they attend.
