COUNSELOR IN TRAINING (CIT) PROGRAM
All spots are currently filled for the 2017 Camp season

Our Counselor in Training program gives 13-15 year olds a place to learn about leadership, responsibility, communication, caring, and understanding in a cohesive environment. CITs will learn what it takes to be a leader within a group by building confidence, trust and respect. CITs will have the opportunity to develop leadership roles in our day camp, by developing creative programs and working with younger campers. This camp provides a great opportunity to gain self-confidence, improve leadership skill, learn how to work with children of all ages and have fun at the same time! The CIT is a camper, not a counselor. The right individual is someone who is focused, mature, and cares about working with younger children. Each day, CITs will be assigned to a group or program area to assist with daily activities.  All interested CITs will first meet with a summer camp director prior to the summer camp season.
