PIRATES OFF-SEASON TRAINING (OST) PROGRAM

Running March through August

A stroke, turn and technique clinic designed to improve precompetitive and competitive swimmers' skills and keep them conditioned during the off-season.

All Pirates and Y4 swimmers are invited and encouraged to join the Pirates OST program.

New swimmers MUST contact the swim coaches at PrincetonPirates@gmail.com to set up an audition.

Online registration is not available for this program; all prospective participants must present a permission form signed by the coaches in order to register.
