Family Fun Fitness Friday!

Join us as we launch our NEW youth & family program!  Children ages 5 - 7 can participate in a variety of fun exercises that focus on building strength, cardiovascular conditioning, speed and agility.  Parents and older siblings can participate as well making this class fun for the entire family!

Special equipment used: hurdles, speed ladders, balance boards, medicine balls, obstacle courses and more!
